Head - Document Verification Unit - Liability Operations - Bank

Position: Head DVU- Liability Operations

The person will be responsible for managing DVU Team of the retail liability operations for one of the leading private sector bank.

Desired Experience:

- Should have more than 12 years work experience with at least 4-5 years in managing teams

- Handling team size of 30 + direct/indirect team members

- Managing volumes to the tune of ~ 1500 forms/day

- Thorough knowledge of KYC & AML guidelines

- Strong understanding of Demat process and Wealth Management

- Liaison with internal stakeholders viz. Compliance, Audit, Risk, Technology

- Should have handled internal & external audits

- Coordination with business teams

- Working in Centralized/ Regional Ops centre in Account Opening/ Liabilities is must

- Strong Team player

The position would report to the Unit Head- Retail Liabilities.
