Job Roles :
- Develop Document management strategy for organization by asking inputs from different functions/ owners from different businesses encompassing detailed process & policies including standards, best practices, or system usage procedures to be followed.
- Develop document identification, classification taxonomies framework to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval.
- Implement Document management system for storage, processing, retrieval, and distribution in collaboration with other information technology specialists.
- Develop strategy for physical storage of identified documents and be custodian of physical storage system.
- Develop the MIS and other dashboards for DMS project roll out and update policies and processes.
- Operationalization and maintenance of Document management system and making sure that all the documents based on criticality are accurate and updated in the Document management system.
- Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
