Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience ( minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in D&I)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a cost-efficient Diversity & Inclusion Operating Model and effective team architecture.
- Formulate and communicate clear Diversity & Inclusion policies through interventions, initiatives, and cadence.
- Drive and anchor Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, fostering synergies across generations and backgrounds.
- Spearhead policies for a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Govern the flagship Gender Diversity Program
- Lead online content creation and communication on Diversity & Inclusion developments.
- Collaborate with business leaders to address Micro Inequities and Unconscious Bias.
- Increase awareness and sensitize new managers to diversity and inclusion.
- Conduct Annual Budgeting for Diversity & Inclusion in collaboration with the Finance Team.
- Partner with HRBPs and SPOCs for effective dissemination and periodic assessment of initiatives.
- Develop the capabilities of the Diversity & Inclusion Team through learning interventions and mentoring.
- Collaborate with external vendors for Diversity & Inclusion interventions.
