1. The India D&I Lead will be responsible for developing and driving the diversity and inclusion strategy. You would be required to set up this Centre of Excellence from scratch.

2. The India D&I strategy and plan will be informed by the goals as agreed in the Global Executive Diversity Council.

3. The D&I plans must align with our culture and overall business objectives, providing strategic vision, and actionable recommendations to inform their delivery and impact.

4. Influencing leadership and managing stakeholders to develop the D&I agenda including Gender Diversity, PwD, LGBTQ etc.

5. Work on global projects to promote the Diversity and Inclusion practices.

6. Create and implement a robust diversity metrics/ framework to track progress of strategic plans.

7. Educating internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of inclusive leadership and creating a diverse work based culture.

8. Enhance the employer branding initiatives through Diversity and Inclusion.
