- Continuous development and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy for the APAC region utilizing internal feedback, external research and best practices.
- Embed D&I into organization's day to day business practices and culture
- Consult and advise across Human Resources with an emphasis on collaborating and building relationships related to the D&I strategy.
- Manage a regional D&I budget
- Utilize metrics to monitor and track progress against the strategy.
- Work with human resources and internal business leaders to position the organisation as an employer of choice for diversity and inclusion practices
Skills And Experience :
- 10-14 years of work experience, with at least 3+ years diversity and inclusion experience.
- Excellent communication, listening, analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Should be open to travel both in India and internationally.
- The ideal candidate should have experience communicating and influencing particularly at the executive and senior levels of management along with deep and demonstrated expertise in diversity and inclusion.
