Head - Diversity & Inclusion - Large Multinational
- Design and promote D&I strategies
- Improve organisation's efforts towards the commitment to build a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Be a culture partner with the internal committee on D&I and to all the departments
- Devise and implement D&I initiatives with a focus on achieving measurable and sustainable results
- Research and explore industry trends and adopt best practices to increase workforce diversity
- Cultivate an inclusive environment
- Identify and organize mediums to capture employee feedback and suggestions
- Review organisation wide policies, benefits, and practices to leverage the impact of diversity and foster an inclusive culture
- Take a holistic, data-driven approach through extensive reporting and analytics to understand issues and generate suggestions and improvements
- Participate in D&I conferences and work with senior leadership to be present in these forums to build brand awareness
- Work with talent acquisition team to create second career programs for returning women
- Conduct Audit & Assessments to identify the D&I journey / metrics
- Work with Learning & Development team to impart the necessary D&I training needs at all the levels in the organisation
- Evaluate platforms and spearhead communications that maximize employee engagement
- Abreast of D&I efforts - Communicate with management and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
