- The Global Leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is- responsible for cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Oversee the diversity and inclusion goals and objectives of the organization.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Train employees on cultural competence.
- Lead the development and implementation of targeted strategies to attract and welcome diverse employees.
- Lead the India DE&I strategic agenda for the region, manage the resulting set of initiatives, and drive inclusion and diversity goals and targets through business stakeholders.
- You'll have knowledge of managing reputation, employment law practices, and legislation. You'll also need the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience of developing and delivering strategy, Strong communication, group facilitation, and presentation skills to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Helping institutionalize policies that support equity for all employees.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing efforts and adapting as needed
- Supporting the company's diversity policies, which can generally relate to recruiting and hiring processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
- Cultural awareness, sensitivity, and flexibility, with a knowledge of principles, methods, and tools of diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
