- Deliver distribution targets by executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level
- Ensure quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
- Deliver prevailing specifics as directed in line with the evolution stage of the business
- Delivery of distribution infrastructure
- CSI based interventions to improve revenue / base share performance
- Achieve sales expansion and retail (MBO) penetration targets by identifying, appointing and monitoring distribution partners (distributors, recharge outlets, activation outlets, prepaid touch points) in new and existing areas
- Provide inputs and coordinate with network team to drive better utilization in LUT
- Resolve channel-specific issues in zone within specific timelines
- Handheld Implementation and Trade Sat Score Higher than the Competition
- Ensure best-practices training and sound coaching to AMs, RMs, distribution partners to enhance overall effectiveness
- P&L management skills - Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation - Leadership & people management skills
