Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to own and manage the third-party product distribution P&L with a leading stock broker in India. The role involves driving the profitability and growth of Mutual Fund and Insurance product lines across all distribution channels, managing key relationships, and building a dynamic team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Drive the P&L for Mutual Fund and Insurance products across all distribution lines.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Insurers to ensure optimal product offerings.
- Product Onboarding: Conceptualize and onboard new product categories based on client requirements and market trends.
- Team Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and develop teams dedicated to product distribution.
- Sales Strategies: Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to the existing equity customer base.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients for Mutual Fund and Insurance products, expanding the client base.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in managing Mutual Fund distribution with a broker or bank.
- Prior experience in asset management is highly desirable.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in team handling and development.
- Industry Relationships: Strong relationships with AMCs, demonstrating the ability to manage and leverage these connections.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting financial targets.
