- Accountability & deliverables :

1. Expertise in developing channels, launching product, designing business strategy, building up teams & adopting latest technologies leading to business transformation & growth.

2. Driving URC branch business distribution across regions.

3. Provide input on strategy, based on knowledge of industry and technology trends.

4. Manage the teams of resources.

5. Good knowledge on NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) Products.

6. Excellent knowledge in API Banking (API Designing, Development, Implementation), Spearheading & delivering digital enablement projects on API gateway deployments, development of technology platforms aiding the lending processes.

7. Digital solutions are offered to corporates / fintech across multiple use cases thereby offering best of class technology platform & enabling transactions across payment channels.

8. Documents processes and collects performance data to determine where improvements can be made.

9. Implemented key digital projects for the bank covering digitalisation of various retail lending product.

10. Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on market and business analysis.

11. Facilitating BC/ fintech partner integration & drive innovative digital solutions with strong capability to scale up the business.
