- Ensure efficiency in Techno processes related to Insurance distribution.

- Guide the team in achieving the targeted business growth in the Insurance industry.

- Oversee the compliance with regulatory norms in Life Insurance operations.

- Implement innovative strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction in the Insurance sector.

- Direct the strategic planning and performance management in Life Insurance.

Profile:

- Over 15 years of overall experience in the Insurance industry.

- Candidate should come with experience dealing with Life Insurance industry.

- Prior exposure to handling distribution strategy, distribution finance, operations and distribution technology is needed
