Urgent Vacancy for the position of Head Distribution with a Medical Devices Company

Location - Vapi (Gujrat)

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Acquisition, Revenue Maximization, Maximize Realization, Retention and Revenue collection for AOD Sales.

- Responsible for overall business profitability for AOD.

- Responsible for planning annual sales plan and acquisition plan for the entire domestic region and accordingly planning feasible monthly plans.

- Responsible to plan and execute go-to-market plans and activities.

- Identify key influencers, decision makers in the value chain for the sales process in the key accounts business

- Responsible for tapping key accounts that has big impact to reach final consumers and create a strong brand for the company Business, Commercials, Industries etc.

- To coordinate with legal and tax department for preparation of long term contracts with key accounts and ensure the renewal of the same whenever required.

- Responsible for demand and supply modelling and projections for AOD Sales markets.

- Responsible for all price/promotion deviations and its requisite approvals.

- Responsible for coordinating with Marketing team for creating flexible marketing policies and plans for tapping the key accounts segment.

- To keep check on spend analysis across sales and marketing budget and efficiency.

- Responsible for building excellent relationships with the customers being handled, and ensure their expectations are surpassed by maintaining a high standard of interaction with them, and ensuring consistency in deliverance

- Responsible for overseeing sales at identified key accounts within a region, clearly focused on delivering top class value added service to the customers

- To be responsible for the achievement of targeted sales & ensure customer satisfaction for all key accounts.

- Responsible for building a good account map of the organization, follow key selling concepts like solution-selling and will be responsible for the overall customer success of the key clients that they will be working with.

- Responsible for contracts and tendering of Key accounts for Government and Private tenders.

- To identify key institutions who add the most value/profit to your organization.
