Role - Sales Head / Director - Sales - Residential Projects (Pan India)- Real Estate ( 15 to 22Yrs Exp)
Location - Delhi NCR
Purpose of Role : Lead the Sales Initiative in Residential Projects and grow the total P&L for the Residential Projects Division Pan India.
Experience : 18 to 22 years
Educational Qualification : MBA (Marketing) - Full-time course
Responsibility :
- Plan sales and marketing strategy for each and all Residential Projects
- Develop a network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
- Being abreast of the developments in the Residential real estate sector.
- Manage team
- Sell Retail / Commercial properties Pan India.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Understand clients- needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
- Manage daily routine calls for self and team
- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently
- Well versed with Pan India Geography ( Metros Specially)
Remarks : Good command over English; Should have worked in Real Estate sector; Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic
