- Responsible for managing end to end activities of Sales side of the organization.
- Responsible for meeting annual sales targets within set territory, manage vertical's P&L & team management.
- Manage profit and loss statement of the vertical across all lines of businesses.
- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, ongoing trend and implementing same within the organization.
- 15 years of core Sales Function experience with minimum 8 years in managing a team of 500 sales members.
- Negotiate with Builders/developers/clients for a better rewards, build strong relations that will be productive in long term
- Develop, communicate & achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and Yearly sales objectives
- Strong written and verbal communications, ability to independently handle communication with Clients, Internal team & Management
