Job Description:

- As the Head of Resources Management Group, you will be instrumental in building and leading our organization towards achieving its ambitious goals.

- Your role involves developing and executing resource management strategies that are in sync with our vision of being a leader in AI solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive resource management policies, with a focus on AI technology.

- Manage the allocation and utilization of human and technical resources to optimize AI project deliveries.

- Collaborate with various departments to anticipate resource needs for AI projects and initiatives.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top AI professionals and experts.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning, especially in AI and related technologies.

- Oversee financial planning and budgeting for resource allocation in AI projects.

- Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions in resource management for AI development.

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, particularly in AI ethics and data security.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, with a strong understanding of AI technologies.

- Minimum of 15 years' experience in resource management, including significant experience in managing AI projects.

- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and resource optimization for AI initiatives.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with AI professionals effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Prior experience in the IT and AI services sector is highly preferred.
