12 - 18 years exp well versed in leading the L& D function of the whole organization, assessment tools and methodologies, end -end training delivery, coordinate with the CEO and other top leadership levels in conducting, identifying, implementing, designing training programmes, calender management, training evaluation and feedback
- Should have exp also in Talent and Change management
- Knowledge of OD is essential for the role
Will manage external and internal stakeholders across leadership levels. Will be a strategic team leader .will lead a team of 5 -6 reportees and report to President HR
