Head/Director - Human Resources - Internet/Online

We are currently working on a very challenging and exciting career opportunity to Head the Human Resources function for a medium sized MNC organization with extremely ambitious plans going ahead.

The position reports to the Managing Director.

The individual will oversee HR activities across Corporate, Commercial, Manufacturing and will be responsible for :

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, L&D.

- Organization Development and Cultural transformation

- Supporting the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance

- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Experience : Around 15 years of experience, preferably having worked in the MNC/ B2B and B2C company

Education : An MBA (HR) would be preferred
