Head/Director - Finance Shared Services - CA

- Support the entire gamut of global finance operations (across RTR, OTC, P2P processes).

- Develop and implement standard business processes.

- Large-scale team management across functions and regions.

- Develop internal controls & maintain operational efficiency.

- International stakeholder management.

- Co-ordinate finance transformation & project management across regions.

- Lead the strategic initiatives across India SSC.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- CA qualified.

- 10 - 20 years Post Qualification Experience.

- Must have worked in global set-ups and managed cross-border teams.

- Prior experience working in a shared service set-up is a preference.

- Thorough understanding of local GAAPs, IFRS and other accounting standards.
