- Build, lead and mentor a world-class team of cross-discipline B2B marketers with a B2C distribution mindset
- Develop and execute a strategy and plan for marketing and demand-gen in near term and long term
- Ensure delivery of installs, signups and leads to support growth objectives of topline revenue
- Develop solutions to drive customer adoption and retention
- Partner with product and sales teams through the full customer lifecycle from initial idea through launch and adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success to educate existing users to drive usage and expansion
- Lead content creation efforts including sales and marketing collateral, blogs, videos, webinars, emails, sales enablement, and more
- Use analytics and dashboards to measure and track success and optimize campaigns
- Ensure and evangelize our products by increasing awareness through partner marketing, PR and brand awareness campaigns
- Oversee the organization's presence at relevant industry events including speaking, sponsorship, and exhibiting opportunities
- Define go to market strategies that leverage positive experience and moments from the B2C business
- Provide valuable market and customer research especially keeping our product roadmap and vision up-to-speed on developments among our competitive set
