Head/Director/Chief Financial Officer - Renewable Power/Energy

One of World Bank Group's portfolio companies in Myanmar is looking to hire a full-time CFO to be based in Yangon (Myanmar). The Company is into renewable power generation & distribution and is funded by the private sector arm of the World Bank. Salary will likely be in the range of USD100,000-150,000, based on relevant experience.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements : MBA or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience. CA is preferred.

- Minimum 15 years- experience in accounting and financial management practices preferably in the power sector and experience in dealing with international investors.

- Experience in a senior management position.

- Proficiency in accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.

- Solid GAAP /International Accounting standards experience.

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
