Responsibilities:

The leader would be responsible for the key metrics for the category globally

(India, USA, LatAM, EMEA, ANZ) . They key metrics being:

Drive revenue (end to end funnel including marketing, sales, delivery, product)

Drive entire user experience (NPS, refunds, renewals)

Daily activities :

- Drive timely launch in new countries

- Hand hold the business and bring in all the global learnings during the incubation stage

- Liaise and drive various strategic and tactical interventions with marketing, sales and ops teams to ensure the sustainability, growth and customer experience of the product category.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years experience in a fast paced role, such as driving categories in startups or in premier management consulting or entrepreneurship

- Tier 1 educational qualifications

- Abundance of energy, excitement and curiosity
