Position: Head - DTC
Reporting To: CEO
Experience - 10-14 yrs. (minimum 7-8 yrs. preferably in DTC)
Key Responsibilities :
- Set and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual targets for budgets, revenue, and bottom line
- Draw up and deliver ambitious business plans for D2C with profitable sales growth
- Oversee operation of own website, content platform and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic.
- Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources
- In charge of performance marketing channels, budgets and ROI
- Ensure strong retention cohorts
- Ensure consistent growth of organic channels
- Drive high user engagement and conversion rates through best practices in Product Management
- Support the business by reporting on existing KPIs and identifying future growth opportunities via data insights and analyses, building a culture of continuous learning through on-going testing, measurement and optimisation
- Build great relationships with in-house teams and with external partners across social media, PPC, SEO, email, ambassador/affiliate etc.
- Boost awareness through high engagement rates and user base across social channels
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer grievances
