Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Head

BNC is hiring for MNC for Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing role for Gurgaon location

1. Devising tax planning strategies which are aligned with business goals.

2. Handling Direct Tax compliances (Transfer Pricing compliances, Corporate Tax Returns).

3. Being accountable for tax accounting and reporting.

4. Coordinating with Tax Audit

5. Handling tax litigation in conjunction with consultants.

6. Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management

7. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support.

8. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Chartered Accountant having 12-14 years of post qualification experience in direct taxation and transfer pricing in food, hotel or hospitality industry is required

2. In-depth knowledge of Direct Taxes is must

3. Excellent inter-personal skills.

4. Experience in liaising with Internal and External auditors for tax audits and Tax authorities and other government departments. compliances.

6. Organized, efficient, direct and committed.

7. Very focused and results driven.

8. Accountable with high integrity.
