Head - Direct Tax - Mfg/Retail/Telecom

We are hiring for a Head Direct Tax for a large Business Group based in Mumbai.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for handling Direct Tax matters

- Conducting direct tax due diligence

- To handle all Direct tax matters (including Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax,Withholding tax) and liaise with income tax department on behalf of the company

- Tax Audit finalisation

- Responsible for filing Income Tax Returns

- Preparing Transfer Pricing Reports

- Obtaining legal opinion from legal councils in respect to tax issues

- Appearing before Income tax authorities for Assessment and CIT(Appeal)/DRP matters

- Ensuring statutory compliance of Direct Tax (incl. Transfer Pricing regulations
