Head - Direct Sales/Individual Fundraising - Pan India ( Profiles from Corporate Sector)
- Graduates / Post Graduates with excellent Communication both verbal and written.
- Profiles from Corporate sector interested to move to non profit or social sector are preferred
Responsibility will include but not limited to :
- Identifying and building new partnerships.
- Planning, budgeting for and monitoring progress toward monthly acquisition and retention targets by outsourced agencies.
- Implementing a planned orientation and training calendar for Fundraising partners.
- Exploring new and innovative Fundraising channels to supplement existing efforts.
- Generate resources and maintain operational costs in order to achieve and exceed the budgeted levels of profitability.
- Maximize resource generation from individual donors: achieve and exceed the financial/non-financial targets of revenues.
- Develop & Implement donor retention strategy.
- Direct, coordinate and monitor the performance of F2F & Tele Marketing agencies in order to maximize resource generation from and ensure effective documentation, information exchange between the organisation and agencies.
