Role : Head - Digitization

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Lead the Digital business with the objective of moving the customers to Digital mediums of doing investment transactions.

- Launching new products using Technology solutions (Mobility, Innovation etc.)

- Conceptualizing, Evaluating and introducing user-friendly m-Commerce and m-financial services

- Interact with various Business Heads and integrate with the product & engineering teams & influence digital product direction

- The ideal candidate should have a track record of proposing digitization initiatives and implementing them.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 15 to 24 years of total work experience spread over different functions in a financial services setup (Bank / Insurance / AMC).

- Would prefer someone who has moved from the side of investor relations / sales or has been rotated into them.

- Person who has worked in a multi location environment ( 150 plus locations) will be preferred over someone who has worked only in a single location entity.

- 5-7 years of work experience should be in the areas of digitization, digitization strategy, application development (B2C), running of contact centers, digital customer initiatives,

- Exposure and familiarity with banking systems, interchanges and working in a predominantly Oracle environment.
