Responsibilities: 1. Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidate 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 3. Source and screen candidates by using different portals. 4. Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the roles and responsibilities 5. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the interview process Requirement: 1. 2+ years of experience in Recruitment (tech and non-tech). 2. Good knowledge on sourcing quality resumes from different job portals. 3. Should have experience with cold calling, screening, scheduling interviews and follow ups. 4. Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques. 5. Fair knowledge of technology. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Strong decision-making skills
