Head - Digital Transformation - Retail

We are 1500Cr Turnover Retail company going through Digital Transformation journey. And looking for seasoned leader to head projects.

Position: Digital Transformation Head

Experience- 12 to 18 yrs

Location: Bangalore, India (5 days working from office)

Domain: Retail

What we are looking:

- Must have 12+ yrs of experience in Digital Transformation projects

- Must be from Retail Industry

- Must have built Websites, e-Commerce Portal, Mobile Apps, omnichannel

- Must be good in Cloud (Azure preferred), ERP (MS Dynamics 365), Adobe Commerce

- Expectantly proven abilities in Digital Commerce (Web & Mobile), Project Management, Product Strategy and Roadmap, Product Management, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

What you will be doing

- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of retail systems.

- Cloud Technology: Design and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.

- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select IT solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met.

- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
