Head - Digital Transformation - Delhi - Renewables


- We are seeking a hands-on Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our digital strategy.


- This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cultural change.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading digital initiatives, with hands-on experience of ERP systems such as SAP, and software development & implementation background.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand current challenges and identify opportunities for digital improvement.

- Develop and implement a detailed roadmap for digital initiatives, focusing on automation, software integration, and emerging technologies relevant to renewable energy.

- Ensure technology investments align with strategic objectives and future growth.

- Liaison with auditors and consultants to ensure systems are inline with industry standards.

Technical Expertise:

- Serve as the controller for SAP, ensuring effective use and integration of the software across the organization.

- Assess existing processes & technologies to streamline operations & eliminate inefficiencies.

- Implement advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance operations and decision-making.

- Integrate various digital platforms and systems for a cohesive technology ecosystem.

Project Management:

- Lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery that meets quality standards.

- Use agile methodologies & project management tools to manage risks & ensure successful outcomes.

- Promote collaboration across departments for cohesive digital solution implementation aligned with business goals.

Change Management:

- Drive cultural transformation towards a technology-driven and data-centric organization.

- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill employees in new technologies.

- Engage stakeholders to promote the benefits of digital transformation and gain buy-in for initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

- B.Tech/M.Tech in CSE, IT or related fields. Additional certifications are an added advantage.

- Implementation and administration of SAP, with experience/certifications in ERP system management

- Min. 9 years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, across hands-on work including ideation, development, product management, implementation, monitoring and control.

- Strong understanding (certifications preferable) of digital technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
