- Design & develop the digital API platform which integrates multiple sub-systems, provides different APIs for customer's core businesses.
- Responsible for connectivity is key from shopping centre apps and remote working to automated warehouses and smart homes, digital connectivity is now just as important as physical connectivity. Buildings and the people and machines that use them need to be able to communicate with each other seamlessly.
- Customer define the long IT roadmap and consulted them the new technologies and platforms to implement.
- Responsible for implementing different components with high quality within the roadmap schedule.
- Responsible for Digital transformation often collaborate with multiple departments within a company and may work with customer service personnel, technology product, technical personnel, and marketing personnel.
- Driving digital transformation efforts across the organization for all customer touchpoints, including online and mobile applications.
- Designing and driving strategic initiatives and activities across products, channels and customer segments to ensure good quality customer experience
- Manage large scale digital transformation projects real estate industries incorporating emerging technologies.
- Designing & managing a customer-centric transformation plan.
- Lead the process of imagining & creating enhanced consumer partner & employee experiences using the technology & Digital platform.
- Key focus on agility, digital infrastructure and customer service. Through analysing customer data they aim to re-evaluate how their buildings meet consumer needs and ensure efficient investment in areas where funds are needed most.
- Responsible for automation and Operational Equipment Efficiency IT system enabling manufacturing operations eg, mobile applications for Solutions Project etc.
- Manage IT system multiple components which serve for different users consumers, corporate, internal user and others.
Educational Qualification/Work Experience :
- 10 - 15 years Experience B.Tech / B.E - Any specialization, Information Technology/Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication Or equivalent Tech qualification
