- Deep industry knowledge and strong experience of driving digital transformation (data science, AI/ML related) / performing consulting to solve business problems in one or more of the following Communications areas:
- Network Engineering and Optimization; Smart NOC
- Network / Device testing
- Network Operations Services (Activation etc)
- Knowledge of ongoing trends in the network operations space (e.g., the impact of 5G, connected devices) preferred
- Familiarity with, or prior experience in working with global telecom companies is preferred
- A general orientation towards leveraging complex technology capabilities to solving business and process/operational problems preferred
- Experience in E2E accountability of outcomes including aspects around senior client stakeholder management, technical / solution roadmap decisions, team management (coaching, mentoring); Ability to achieve these independently, with minimal supervision
- Solid project/program management- with ability to communicate program progress, call out and manage risks in a clear manner
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, clarity of thought and expression, consultative approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Overall Purpose of Job & Responsibilities:
- End to end accountability of business outcomes expected out of transformation projects involving Analytics, AI, RPA etc
- Drive thought leadership across senior client stakeholders through deep industry expertise, transformation evangelism and outcomes
- Identify how the use of data, analytics and AI techniques can be applied to specific problem and opportunity areas of network processes
- Leverage existing library of assets, accelerators, use cases of analytics/AI, coordinating with existing product teams - to bring these capabilities to the network processes. Manage, grow and maintain such a product portfolio of analytics/AI assets for network operations
- Where assets/accelerators already don- t exist - put together a proposal and business case, and get such products built by leveraging existing product development and technical teams
- Drive adoption of transformation solutions across Operations teams and help achieve targeted business outcomes
- Be recognized across team and client organization as a transformation and domain leader
