Head - Digital Transformation Consulting/Presales - Retail/CPG Domain

Our client is one of the leading consulting firms, looking to hire Head for digital consulting in the Retail / CPG space.

Looking for candidates with :

- Strong background in selling and delivering consulting services, within the retail and CPG space.

- The individual must have sufficient exposure in domains such as customer experience management, digital marketing, omni - channel transformation, digital channel transformation, brand presence, planning and development, product innovation, loyalty management, contact center effectiveness etc.

The role will be responsible for :

- Leading consulting activities, including the pre sales phase engagement with prospective clients, management of running consulting projects in the Retail and CPG space.

- Owning development and grow the portfolio of consulting offerings in line with market and customer needs.

- Respond to existing and prospective clients RFPs.

- Support the resource planning, and profitability model for Consulting services through direct project management and for monitoring of projects under your team's responsibility.

- Responsible for scoping and estimation for Consulting projects, to recommend project scope, price and phasing Customer Experience Strategy and Digital Roadmap / Business case creation as well as hands on experience with best practices, assets, methodologies and tools for Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Management, and Design.

- Looking for candidates with 15 - 18 years of experience.

- Deep consulting knowledge in Digital transformation.

- 12+ years of experience in Retail / CPG.

- 10+ years of experience in Digital commerce & transformation progress.

Role based in Bangalore / Chennai.
