Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for own and create the digital culture and set the digital road map for the organisation.

- Responsible for driving & leading Digital first data driven business in the entire organization focusing on implementation of digital processes and technologies in all areas.

- This is a P&L role and would own the digital presence of the company.

- Responsible for alliances with the fast growing E Commerce players.

- Implement best in class Digital processes and technologies.

- Create long term vision for Digital across all channels

- Own and develop Digital products innovating on market leading functionalities

- Identify, pilot and implement newer technologies

- Target contactless sales and service

- Create Online journeys to improve user experience.

Desired Profile :

- MBA from a Premier Institute with minimum 15+ years of experience specifically experience of digital transformation / digital innovation.

- BFSI experience would be an added advantage.
