Head - Digital Transformation - BFSI

Graduates / Post Graduates with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, having experience, and being responsible for :

- Transformation from existing platform to New platform on a large scale preferably at the National level or global level.

- Driven large scale IT Application transformation program's

- Handled End to end large-scale projects, completed project's not left in between

- Worked in transforming while Strategy has already been defined.

- Experience driving the organization change management program

- Ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and within budget.

- Managing complex global change programs from design to going live, ensuring milestones are reached within agreed timeframes

- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

- Policy implementation across all relevant channels and creating a framework to measure the effectiveness

- Forecasting how the business will look and how the transformation program evolves over a period of time.

- Derive Learning's from the experience and implement in upcoming projects

- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, Senior level management personnel including CTO- s, Chairman, CEO- s, decision-makers and ability to make it happen

- Experience in fast-paced, hectic environment

- Well versed with new-age technology like Digital / Web

- Strong project/program management experience

- Able to work across multiple geographies and locations
