Digital, Mobile, Social & New Media Strategy and Business Innovations

- Responsible for Digital, Social & Mobility Strategy for bank

- The Digital Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining the Digital technology strategy to support the business, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Leads execution and delivery of new initiatives as well as providing operational support for solutions in production.

- Responsible for coverage, execution and domain building for Internet, Digital & Technology sectors:

- Managing a team of Business and System Analysts to achieve the Bank's objective across various digital banking channels such as Mobile/Tablet App, SMS, USSD, eCommerce and mCommerce.

- IT Strategy, Portfolio Management, Vendor Management

Project Management :

- Estimation and Project planning, resource management, scheduling and deliverables management
