Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Supply Chain Transformation to lead the digital evolution of our highly complex and multi-layered supply chain.

- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of supply chain networks with multiple inputs, outputs, and dependencies across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.

- The role requires expertise in integrating cutting-edge digital technologies to streamline operations, optimize flow of materials, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making in a multi-tiered supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Supply Chain Digitization: Lead the transformation of an intricate supply chain that involves multiple raw material suppliers, production facilities, and distribution channels. Develop a digital strategy to manage the entire lifecycle, from procurement to customer delivery.

- Supply Chain Network Optimization: Improve visibility and connectivity across all supply chain nodes. Optimize the flow of goods, information, and finances by leveraging advanced technologies such as IoT, digital twins, AI/ML, and blockchain.

- Complexity Management: Address the challenges of multi-input and multi-output supply chains, including demand fluctuations, variable lead times, supplier capacity, and production schedules. Develop dynamic, data-driven models to manage complexity and mitigate risks.

- Data and Predictive Analytics: Build and implement real-time data analytics platforms to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and lead time reductions. Use machine learning to predict disruptions, optimize safety stocks, and improve supplier performance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, logistics, finance, and IT to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions across all supply chain layers. Facilitate better decision-making through integrated data and insights.

- Supplier and Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with a diverse range of suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth digital integration and flow of critical supply chain information. Negotiate digital partnerships with key suppliers to enhance real-time visibility.

- Sustainability and Risk Management: Introduce digital tools to monitor sustainability metrics, carbon footprints, and ethical sourcing across the supply chain. Implement robust risk management frameworks to address supplier vulnerabilities, quality issues, and geopolitical risks.

- Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate and re-engineer core supply chain processes. Leverage robotic process automation (RPA), AI, and cloud technologies to optimize procurement, production, and distribution operations.

- Technology Adoption and Integration: Lead the implementation of next-gen supply chain platforms, including cloud-based ERP systems, predictive analytics tools, and smart warehousing solutions. Ensure full interoperability across different supply chain systems and stakeholders.

- Change Leadership: Lead the organization through the transformation process, ensuring buy-in from senior management, smooth adoption by operational teams, and clear communication across departments. Promote a culture of innovation and agility across the supply chain.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Digital Transformation is highly preferred.

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in digital transformation of complex, multi-layered supply chains.

- Deep experience managing global supply chains, including multi-tier supplier management, sourcing, production planning, and distribution in complex environments.

Supply Chain Expertise:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex supply chains with diverse inputs, outputs, and dependencies.

- Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and multi-channel distribution strategies.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in advanced digital tools like IoT, blockchain, AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

- Hands-on experience with supply chain platforms like SAP, Oracle, or other cloud-based ERP systems.

Analytical Thinking:

- Strong ability to model complex supply chain flows, identify key optimization areas, and drive data-informed decisions.

Leadership Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across departments and external suppliers.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve complex supply chain issues.
