Position Title - Head – Digital Strategy and website

Business Group - Internet and Mobile Banking

Purpose of the Job : The person would be responsible for managing a leading financial website in the world

Location : Mumbai

Key skills required:

- Adequate knowledge of web protocols, technical platforms, browsers and operating system to deliver best website experience to all customers

- Good communication skills with up to date knowledge of net consumer behavior, innovations and other trends

- Ability to collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver most optimal consumer experience

Competencies : Prior experience with CMS/website management is a must

Experience - 10-15 yrs of relevant exp

Key deliverable :

Overall Online Strategy for the Bank

a. Develop and maintain the web portal

b. Design and develop the online strategy and way forward for the bank

c. Integrate new technological trends into the business

d. Be the owner of all customer facing digital platforms (web portal, customer portal, etc.)

e. Influence various stakeholders to obtain sign off for new online initiatives.

f. Study and evaluate all existing processes for digitization and ensure smooth implementation new online initiatives

g. Project management and troubleshooting

Digitization of existing business model

a. Identify areas of opportunity for digitizing existing processes

b. Enhance lead generation / traffic delivery though digitization of processes

c. Create digital platforms for all lines of business (where ever applicable) to enhance efficiency and aid customer experience

d. Re engineer work flows for adapting to digital platforms

e. Analyze tech. requirements and vendors to aid transformation

f. Track incremental cost savings and business gains from the transformation

g. Influence important metrics for online site traffic ( unique visits, bounce rate, page views, time spent)

Achieve organizational and marketing objectives through

a. Online Analytics and increase in visitor traffic

a.i. Track & manage online activities on all platforms ( NLI & LI )

a.ii. Create and share monthly dashboard on performance measures with stake holders

b. Social Media Marketing & Search Engine Marketing & Optimization

b.i. SEO strategy and management including managing the SEO agency

b.ii. Achieve set targets – monthly/quarterly/annual rankings & volume

b.iii. Develop & implement Social Media Marketing strategy

b.iv. Manage the PPC & ePR marketing and engagement activities

c. Website & Portals Management

c.i. Revamping the website, competitive tracking and benchmarking

c.ii. Creation of new sections , portals , online engagement tools, functionalities & design

c.iii. Building sales & service functionality into the portals

c.iv. Aid Lead Generation, Tracking and achieving set business targets

c.v. Co-ordination with internal depts. for managing content/functionalities

c.vi. Usage of CMS tool for website/portal management

c.vii. Maintain relationships with different agencies / vendors and coordination with the internal technology team to ensure smooth transition of process.

d. Content Management

d.i. Ensure that content is updated, SEO friendly and relevant

d.ii. Manage discussion forums and blogs

d.iii. Ensure correct and quality targeting through banners and other content
