Role Details :
- Will be accountable for the delivery and build of digital ecosystems and partnerships while defining the overall strategy.
- Will be responsible for alignment of customer experience with other products, channels, and propositions across the bank's and partner's capabilities
- Will be responsible for delivery of agreed features that continuously evolve via consumer test and learn and quickly develop into commercially successful lines of business or experiences
- Should have a clear understanding of customer needs, market trends and mobile first technologies and defines a digital strategy that takes these into consideration
- Will be responsible for the definition and development of improvement opportunities across customer experience and digitally native capabilities
Requirements :
- 10-15 years experience with In depth experience of defining digital ecosystems or partnerships (within financial services industry or other industry, preferably with a large digital component).
- Candidates will be expected to have a track record of successfully delivering tangible improvements through user led design, prototyping & work in Agile environment
- Excellent knowledge of Fin tech landscape and trends to quickly identify potential partnership or acquisition partners
