Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:


- Create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the company's business goals and drives growth.

Innovation Leadership:


- Identify and implement innovative digital solutions and technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Data Analytics:


- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.

E-commerce Optimization:


- Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and digital touchpoints to increase online engagement and sales.

Customer Experience:


- Enhance digital customer experiences through personalized content, user-friendly interfaces, and seamless interactions.

Team Leadership:


- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with marketing, IT, and product development teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies across all departments.

Performance Metrics:


- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Budget Management:


- Manage the digital strategy budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in digital strategy and transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.

Skills:


- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, e-commerce, and technology integration.

Communication:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.
