Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Social Media and ORM to lead our social media initiatives and online reputation management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive positive sentiment. Additionally, they will oversee the monitoring and management of our online reputation across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Quora.
2. Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
3. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management, to maintain an active and engaging presence.
4. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries, feedback, and customer concerns.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branding, marketing, customer service, and PR, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns.
6. Implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing goals, optimizing performance and ROI.
7. Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and leverage insights to continuously improve our social media strategy.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
9. Monitor online reviews, ratings, and other forms of user-generated content to assess brand sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
10. Implement strategies to address negative feedback and manage online reputation crises effectively, maintaining a positive brand image.
11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on social media performance, online reputation metrics, and key insights.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on brand building and reputation management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and positive sentiment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing accounts and creating content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and online reputation management software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues on social media is a plus.
