Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage digital endeavors and help the company establish leadership in the category
- Set up Online and Tele-assisted Sales platforms for the company. Drive online sales as a P&L responsibility
- Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders including Customers, Distributors and Employees
- Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels.
- Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications & social channels
- Manage all relationships with digital agencies, develop vendors, service providers etc
- The role requires the person to manage the digital sales through online aggregators
- The person will have to build strong relationship with relevant partners and help drive the sales numbers.
- The person is expected to identify and develop relationships with new partners as well as ensure internal alignments and coordination
- Ensure new partners are on boarded quickly and existing ones are leveraged fully.
- End to end customer management including escalations
- Understand the digital space and the role of key players & continuously scan the domain for fresh alliances
- Work across functions such as Finance, HRM, IT, renewals etc to optimize processes and smooth out issues
- Do the relevant analysis and ensure that insights and data is readily available
- Proactively look to improve existing work practices and management practices in order to maximize the teams and departments performance and maximize sales opportunities.
- To develop and manage relationships with other sales channels maximize opportunities and business awareness, Ensure that all business initiatives are communicated and understood by the team

Experience:
- 9-14 Years sales experience, excellent grip on Digital business eco system
- Expert in creating sophisticated sales model and running them for Profitable Business Ventures.
- Develop & Manage the Corporate Website by leveraging new technologies and by optimizing the website to all web browsers key search engines like Google and Yahoo
Qualification : PGDM/MBA (any specialization)
