We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to establish and lead our Digital Centre of Excellence for Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) in the pharmaceutical industry. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, developing innovative digital
sales strategies and optimizing go-to-market approaches to maximize sales effectiveness & business growth. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging digital technologies and best practices to enhance customer engagement, enable the sales force and accelerate the commercial success of our pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities :
- Digital Sales and GTM Strategy: Execute digital transformation strategy for sales and go-to-market
activities aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation and data-driven insights to drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer experiences (doctors, hospitals, end customers) and gain a competitive advantage.
- Digital Tools and Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms and technologies relevant to sales and GTM activities in the pharmaceutical industry. Evaluate and recommend solutions that can enhance sales effectiveness, streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Foster strong collaboration and alignment between the sales, commercial excellence & marketing teams of different business units to ensure cohesive and integrated digital GTM strategies
