Head Digital & PR (Consumer Experience) (8-15 yrs)


Digital Marketing :

- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing channels, including print, online, broadcast, social media, search engine optimization, marketing databases, display advertising, website and advertising analytics tools and provide strategic direction for the development of company's digital marketing goals.

- Defining the vision, strategy and implementation of digital marketing solutions that enhance the customer & patient experience for the organization and collaborate with other marketing managers, medical education teams to identify and prioritize a portfolio through digital marketing & customer engagement programs .

- Design, build and maintain digital marketing content, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for stronger social media presence (including required internal training and communications for effective utilization) and also identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

-Understanding the trends and macro shifts in how patients / HCPs access information via different digital channels in India, predicting rates of change and relating this back to the business and aligning with global digital marketing initiatives, and applicable guidelines / policies such as Social Media / Code of Business Conduct and Ethics etc. Public Relations

- Collaborate with APAC Corporate Communication Lead and internal teams and maintain open communication

- Partners with internal teams like HR and Marketing to create internal communication campaigns to cascade critical messages and success stories to the employees across the organization

- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.) then route to APAC Corporate Communications for review/approval.

- Prepare and distribute press releases in partnership with APAC Corporate Communications Lead

- Organize local PR events (e.g. open days, conferences) in collaboration with APAC Corporate Comms Lead

- Address local inquiries from the media and other parties and manage local PR issues

- Track local media coverage and follow industry trends

- My client is looking for a dynamic individual with minimum 7 years of experience of working in a Digital Marketing & PR role.

- The candidate can come from FMCG/FMCD/Med tech companies and should know the compliance pertaining to PR role

- MBA from premier institute is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Maturity to work with the leadership team directly and handle the function end to end
