Head - Digital Payments & Transaction - Banking

Design, develop and implement transactions and cash management processes for facilitating payments and money collection for retail banking and small & medium enterprise clients:

- through mobile and internet banking platforms

- branches

- ATMs

- Other solutions, eg using IMPS, USSD services and channels

Identify new technologies, solutions to improve payment channels at all times and propose, implement improvements

Prepare the requirements, ensure preconditions are met to join payment systems (ECS Credit and Debit, RTGS, NEFT, NACH, etc) and manage relationship with organizations (NPCI, etc) that operate such payment systems

Third party vendor selection and relationship management
