Head Digital Payments Initiatives with Leading Bank

Job Role : Platform Lead for all Digital Payments Initiatives across Digital Payments Stacks - UPI, IMPS, AEPS, BBPS etc.

- Drive product/platform strategy and roadmap for leveraging digital payments use-cases across business & product lines for Kotak Bank & Group

- Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and timelines

- Responsible for driving user adoption, engagement and the Digital Payments P&L with a focus to improve metrics like UU, MAU, Txns per customer, ATS

- Drive end-to-end Customer Experience with new innovations, new products & new payments stacks (including HCE NFC, Tokenization etc.)

- End-to-end responsibility for process, compliance, budgeting and marketing of all features launched

- Stakeholder management ; Regular Dashboards, MIS, Analytics/Insights for various senior management updates on key business decisions and impact

- Engage with cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies and business partners

- Manage a team of Product Managers to drive adoption, engagement and revenue

- Govern third-party TPAP partnerships and build synergies with the core business Job Requirement

- Post Graduate Degree with experience in Banking / Payments or Fintech / Telecom or related industry

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Project Management ; ability to manage large and complex projects

- Customer centric and analytical to influence decision making

- Good inter-personal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives

- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies

- 15+ years of experience in Product Management and Team management

- Experience in building & running payments products/platforms
