Job Objective:
The incumbent will be responsible to Acquire new insurance intermediaries & to Manage existing digital relationships at our client, contributing to the revenue growth and will be responsible for improvising sales and brand presence on partner premises. One of the key focus areas in the initial phase will be to drive the online sales targets for the company.
The incumbent will be required to chart out a long term view of the Digital path that the company will ultimately follow.
1. Impact on the Business / Function
The core responsibility area would be to develop and execute an integrated Digital Partnership approach that meets the company's periodic objectives. This will include the following:
1. Onboarding New Insurance Intermediaries like (Digital Digital Partnership, Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents)
2. Exploring opportunities in ecommerce space for tie up.
3. Opportunity in corporate can also be evaluated if allowed.
4. Driving and encouraging Sales through all partnerships
5. Design an annual roadmap with the goal to achieve Sales Targets
6. Channel Management: Manage the operations (campaigns, partners and internal teams) across different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals.
7. Identifying and acquiring potential partnership for insurance across the industry with the optimum emphasis on quality, compliance and business potential.
8. Relationship management with Digital Partnership across different levels from top management to middle management.
9. To conceptualize and execute campaigns to motivate the partners
2. Customers / Stakeholders
- Monitor the pre sales activities at Digital aggregator's end to ensure that the company being pitched to customers properly.
- To ensure robust processing of the cases by effective liaising with NB, UW, PS.
- To work with the Products team for sharing the market info on the leading product trends and feedback to them for new product development.
- Support and work with the Partner's Business Development team to create and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Leadership & Teamwork
- Work collaboratively across organization to help secure commitment for cross-company efforts.
- Be a hands-on leader that can lead engagements around new offerings created
- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership on Digital initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics
- Act as a customer champion.
4. Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Support and work with Partner teams to create and pursue new business opportunities.
