Job Description :

- Define the media strategy for company (overall and across each ATL media type).

- Make the media function a Center of Excellence for company its agencies and its media partners.

- Drive buy-in and ownership of media strategy across internal business leaders and function leaders (marketing, finance, audit)

- Lead execution of media plans for them within the fast evolving media landscape.

- Building organizational and agency capability to build digital advocacy for our brands. Establish and implement a bespoke digital media framework for company, encompassing all aspects of digital media and platforms.

- Digital Media already contributes to over 70% of Media Spends in 2020. This role will require not only to build efficiency through DMP, Programmatic but also to build on key elements of influencer, blogger, tech publisher channels to build digital advocacy to name some.

- Lead the relationship with all leading media, technology publishers including Google, Facebook, TOI, 91 mobiles, digital aggregators, etc.

- Manage and supervise a team in day to day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning/execution and budgets. Recommend tactical implementation and timing

- Drive innovation and adopt new developments in digital, social and video platforms i.e. live commerce, whatsapp marketing. Build plans to leverage dynamic content serving and the growing trend of vernacular content.

- Research and implement new techniques and technologies that are relevant to media strategies. Compile third party data sources information such as MRI, Nielsen, BARC, Comscore etc.

- Driving Partnerships and Alliances with new media platforms like InMobi, Trell etc.

- Understanding of Pure Players platform functionalities to deliver ROAS on media investment on their platform. Ensure that lower funnel conversion assets are included in all key digital campaigns and on all digital engagement assets to drive as appropriate lead acquisitions, conversion, and sales in eComm channels

- Working with the analytics, digital lead & media agencies to continuously optimize for campaign objectives and performance metrics in real time plans

- The incumbent in this role will be responsible for Media planning and execution across TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor and all aforesaid Digital Platforms. This will include efficiency, campaign performance, benchmarking rates etc

- Lead the agency teams to drive execution of media for all business categories.

Must Have :

- Minimum experience of 11+ years.

- Media Planning experience. Must have lead a Media/ Digital Media team in an agency or client organization.

- Experience in leading digital media platforms is desirable.

- Understanding of digital media platforms, new developments, best practices being adopted by organizations.

- Gravitas and capability to lead interaction, drive partnerships and alliances with leading media platforms.
