About the Role:
Our client, a leading Digital First Integrated Marketing Agency, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead their Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate will not only drive business growth through strategic client servicing and new business development but also maintain and enhance the agency's vibrant and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee and manage the Mumbai branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all teams.
- Establish operational processes and ensure adherence to agency standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Client Servicing:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction through consistent communication and a solutions-driven approach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic counsel and maintaining trust.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute winning pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on offerings and create compelling, tailored solutions.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong digital focus.
- Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Management & Culture:
- Mentor, inspire, and guide the Mumbai team to achieve excellence in performance.

Who You Are:
- Strategic Leader: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an integrated marketing or digital agency.

- Digital-First Mindset: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Client-Centric: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital agency roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client servicing, and operational management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and campaign management platforms.
