- The brand has 350+ exclusive brand outlets across some of the best malls and high streets in the country, serving as a one stop shop for all of women's bottom wear needs.
Responsibilities :
- Building our digital marketing roadmap and managing all digital marketing channels, such as Website, Blogs, Emails and Social Media, to ensure brand consistency
- Hiring, training, and managing a team for Digital Marketing, being responsible for their growth and performance
- Measuring ROI and KPIs and preparing annual as well as periodic budgets
- Developing specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Overseeing all our social media accounts
- Managing and improve online content using SEO and other tools
- Liaising with Product, Design and Sales functions to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Monitoring competition and industry trends
- Staying up to date with digital technology developments
Ideal Candidate :
- Core experience in Digital Marketing and its best practices
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of Social media and online marketing tools
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Experience in Women-consumer centric ecommerce industry
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
