Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand company's vision, mission, and aggressive business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing strategy that encompasses social media, e-commerce marketplaces, PPC, SMM, and other relevant channels.
- Define clear KPIs and milestones to track progress towards top 3 market position and 1000+ Crores annual revenue.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Lead the development and execution of impactful social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and customer insights to optimize content strategies and engagement tactics.
- Build a strong social media community, fostering brand loyalty and customer advocacy.
eCommerce Marketplace Strategy:
- Develop and implement marketplace-specific marketing strategies on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and drive sales.
- Utilize data-driven insights to gain a competitive edge in e-commerce marketplaces.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Plan and execute high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze PPC campaign metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Content Strategy and Management:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and high-quality content for digital channels, aligned with brand messaging and SEO.
- Implement content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Monitor content performance and user engagement, making data-driven improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, revenue metrics, and market share growth.
- Prepare regular reports for the executive team, showcasing marketing achievements and progress towards goals.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
- Implement innovative marketing tactics and technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of extensive and remarkable experience in 360-degree digital marketing, with a focus on social media, e-commerce marketplaces, PPC, SMM, and other relevant channels.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional results in driving revenue growth and market positioning for consumer electronics or wearable technology brands.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, platforms, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
